Our Team
Jeffrey Bright, LCSW, BCN
A Leader for Neurofeedback in Utah
Jeff was born and raised in Evanston, WY. In 1996 he served a mission for his church in Chicago, IL. He married his beautiful wife, Casherie, in 2004 and is the proud father of 4 children. He and his wife met while working with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Both of them are social workers at heart.
Jeff is a licensed clinical social worker and board certified in neurofeedback through BCIA. He has received one-on-one training with Bessel van der Kolk, M.D., a world-renowned trauma expert. Jeff presents on topics of Effective Trauma Treatment for Children and Connecting With Your Teen at state and national Conferences.
In 2009, Jeff started his private practice in mental health counseling, meeting with clients in the evenings and weekends, after putting a full day’s work at his day job. In September 2015, Jeff decided to take his private practice full-time. Within 11 months, Jeff and his wife grew their practice to include four other therapists.
Jeff’s story: My passion for helping children began when my parents divorced. I was 24 years old when it happened, but it was still hard. The hardest part was seeing my younger sisters (7 & 9 years old at the time) go through the separation and divorce. The worst of it all is when my dad moved out of the home just a couple of days before one of my sister’s birthday. Does she think of that ugly, traumatic event every time her birthday comes around? Yes, of course she does. I felt hopeless at the time. I wanted to help them and I wanted to help other children who go through similar traumatic experiences.
At the time of my parent’s divorce, I was living in Provo, UT, studying television/radio broadcasting. I wanted to be the next Walter Cronkite. Even though I loved being on television and the radio, I wasn’t deeply passionate about it. My parents’ divorce put me in a place of deep contemplation of how can I make a difference in the world?
That is when I decided to change my major to Child and Family Studies and pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. In 2004, I married my sweetheart Casherie, who I met working with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, and I also graduated with my Bachelor’s degree from Weber State University in Ogden, UT.
After 8 months of marriage, my wife and I became group home parents of 10 teenage girls with Utah Youth Village. I’m not so sure I would recommend anyone taking on 10 teen girls with behavior problems after 8 months of being married!
We survived and for the most part we were pretty good parents to those girls as they sought treatment. Oh, did I mention that was also doing a full-time internship at the same time and graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from University of Utah in 2008? After a couple of years of being group home parents, we decided to get a place of our own, but we still wanted to help children struggling with their behavior and emotions, so we decided to become foster parents.
Some people think that foster parents get to have cute little babies in their home. Our experience was far from that. Since we had the reputation of working with tough kids…well, those are the type of kids we got. We worked with the kids that should have been placed in group homes, but DCFS wanted them in a home setting instead.
While being foster parents, I received promotions in my day job with Utah Youth Village. I transitioned from Intake Coordinator to Foster Care Supervisor to Group Home Supervisor to Residential Director and then Clinical/Day Treatment Director. I loved my job at Utah Youth Village, but I always had a small itch in the back of my mind to start my own practice.
Nationally Certified in Neurofeedback Since 2009
In 2009, I took the small plunge and started my private therapy practice meeting with clients in the evenings and weekends, still maintaining my day job. My private practice grew and grew. Some days I worked from 7 am to 9 pm (not a good way to raise young children and be a supportive husband).
I studied neurofeedback during the same time. My wife had severe post-partum depression, and we were exploring alternative ways to decrease her depression. This is when I discovered the awesome power of neurofeedback. I was one of the first providers to become board-certified in neurofeedback in Utah and am among the most experienced in Utah at using neurofeedback to help children and adults train their brains to work better.

Hi! I’m Casherie Bright and I am one of the therapists at the Neurofeedback and Counseling of Utah. A self-disclosure, I am also a part owner in the company and am married to the other owner (Jeff Bright). We are a family run company.
I have been in the mental health field practically my whole adult life. I entered college in 2003 and volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah as a Big Sister (where I met my husband, Jeff). My first real job started out with Jeff as group home parents for teens with mental health problems in a residential treatment center. We lived with ten teenage girls! This was a great experience for us, and we learned so much and made so many mistakes.
After our group home time, I spent time in a few other mental health facilities and even had foster care teenage girls with mental health problems live with us. I learned to love children and teens in the foster care system. I worked for several years in supervision of foster care homes for adolescent and children with mental health symptoms. Just last year, we adopted two children: an infant and a daughter with mental health needs and we are learning how to live as an integrated family. Living with a child with mental health needs is much different then providing care from a comfy office!
I am “Master Certified” in NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) through the NLP Institute of California http://www.nlpca.com/DCweb/About_Us.html. I am also certified in the Teaching Family Model which is a CBT learning based model https://teaching-family.org/ . I have been trained in Trauma Focused CBT https://tfcbt.org/ and trained in Neurofeedback extensively http://www.isnr.org. Basically this all means that I am qualified to treat trauma and I use both traditional, evidence-based interventions (CBT) and some out-of-the-box methods like Neurofeedback and NLP. I combine both of these to provide holistic treatment.
My favorite clients include children and teens who are in foster care or who have been adopted. I love to work with children and their families to provide overall strategies on how to help the child adjust and find happiness. I don’t believe that children can be helped without supporting the parents. I am uniquely qualified to help adoptive parents because I am an adoptive parent and this makes me less likely to judge and criticize parents methods. I have had many mistakes with my own adoptive children and am still making mistakes and learning new things all the time!
My therapy methods tend to focus on skills (CBT) and changing core beliefs. My goal for each client or family is to help them create and visualize a life that is ideal and then work towards creating that life. For many, this means reducing the impact of trauma from birth families, and the loss and grief that comes with adoption and foster care. I find many adoptive parents who experience loss and grief along with the children and try to normalize this experience.

Kit Baker grew up in Charleston, South Carolina, and holds a master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University. Kit works very well with kids and teens who feel like they don’t “fit in.” (Read Kit’s excellent article, “Ask a Therapist: How Can I Fit in Better at School?“) He is also skilled at helping couples improve their relationships, and Kit is an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
Kit excels at helping children and adolescents who face challenges such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, abuse, self harm, and many others. He shares, “From the ‘Files of I wish someone had explained to me when I was 11 or 12”: You can’t make anyone like you, but you can make yourself more likeable. A lot of times in our efforts to make more kids like us, we have the opposite effect. The solution is instead to do things like portray confidence and try to expand your interests, like I talk about in this article.”
He enjoys using Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Neurofeedback.
“With Solution Focused Therapy, I talk about my clients’ strengths and what they’re good at. Lots of our clients in foster care have been told they’re bad, how they have all these problems. Many times their good goes unrecognized.”
Kit and his wife have two young daughters. “Having two little ones 2 and under is a challenge and tiring, but I wouldn’t change a thing!” He adds, “My 2-year-old just learned the word ‘no’ and she’s been putting it to great use.”
In his free time, Kit enjoys watching sci-fi shows, including “Dr. Who,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “Supernatural,” “Arrow,” “The Flash” and “Stranger Things,” and he likes cooking, especially Southern dishes. He enjoys being a counselor because of his passion for helping people. His goal is to help children and adults overcome their problems and regain their self-confidence so they can enjoy life to the fullest.

Brandy Routson was born in Ogden, moved to Wyoming and then to Kansas and ended up back in Utah by 4th grade. She graduated from at Viewmont High School in Bountiful. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a minor in psychology from Weber State University. She attended Boise State University where she earned her MSW (Master of Social Work). She is a licensed clinical social worker.
Brandy started working in social work in 2006. She worked mostly with youth ages 5-18 in foster care and group home settings. As a behavioral specialist in group homes, she taught youth social skills and helped them with their academics, hygiene and independent living skills. She worked in group homes while putting herself through school. After completing her education, she was then was hired on with the same company as a therapist. “I was able to go back and help the same populations of youth but on a different level. It was amazing!”
“Why am I a therapist? I feel like it found me. Helping people was always something that made me happy and brought joy to my life. When I was trying to find my way in college, one of my professors dared me to volunteer, and that’s when I found social work. It just clicked. I felt like it was what I was supposed to be doing. It became ‘home’ for me,” she says.
Brandy has extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma. “I’ve worked with refugee populations with PTSD and young kids who were abused. I’ve taught anger management, sex education, and everything in between.”
Brandy is married. She says, “It took so long to find my other half, but it was worth the wait.” They have an English bull dog who is the love of their lives.

Individual mental health therapy isn’t just about talking with a person in an office, online, or over the phone. It’s about providing overall wellness to the individual’s sense of purpose, beliefs, and values. Mental health services are individualized to the person, making it possible for the biggest change to occur.
Change doesn’t happen with just talk therapy; change occurs when the whole person is helped through healthy activities, healthy eating, healthy goal setting, and establishing healthy beliefs. Change can be made through techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy “CBT”, experiential and recreational therapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming “NLP”, or through neurofeedback brain training. Our 3-tier approach includes counseling, neurofeedback and sensory integration.
Clients report they are able to cope with depression and anxiety from the relaxation techniques they learn. They can focus more and get things accomplished.
Parents tell us their child is behaving better in school and arguments with parents and siblings are decreased. Their home is more peaceful. Their child is able to control their emotions better at home. Teachers report fewer behavior problems in the classroom, more cooperation with other students, better organization and staying on task, more completion of homework and improved academic performance on tests and assignments.

Sensory Integration
sensoryPic1Sensory Integration is a technique used for children and adults who may have a sensory processing disorder. When we use our senses (touch, smell, sight, hear, and taste) a signal is sent to our nervous system which indicates the response we have. If a person has a sensory processing disorder they may have a difficult time sitting at the dinner table because the sound of people eating is too overwhelming. On the flip side, a young child with a sensory processing disorder may not sense when they need to use the bathroom. A person can be over stimulated with sensory information or may not recognize that their body is sensing anything.
sensoryPic2Trauma or significant events can cause sensory integration problems. Children who experience neglect or abuse, may not recognize body sensations which may lead to delayed potty training or disoriented body movements. The inability to recognize sensations in the body can also result in the inability to recognize or understand emotions. A teenager who gets very angry at small stimulis may benefit in having sensory integration to recognize when he is irritated and to focus on calming down before he “blows up”.
sensoryPic3Sensory Integration involves various types of exercises and activities that engage the 5 senses. The therapist helps the client identify the different sensations they are having as they put their hand in a box of beans or wet water beads. Gradual exposure to healthy touch and the ability to identify different sensations helps the client be more aware of their body. Their body awareness then leads to better control of body functions and emotions.

Neurofeedback Brain Training
Neurofeedback trains the brain like exercise and helps it to learn healthier patterns and rhythms to function more optimally.
We use neurofeedback in our therapy because it decreases symptoms of trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety as well as increasing focus and emotional balance.
The team at Neurofeedback and Counseling of Utah helps children and adults recover from trauma and improve their behavior. We provide compassionate counseling and make it even more effective by combining it with neurofeedback and sensory integration. Read one mother’s experience with neurofeedback for her son.
We specialize in neurotherapy, a brain-based approach to healing.
Neurotherapy combines counseling, mindfulness, and neurofeedback in one session.
Neurofeedback decreases symptoms of trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
Neurofeedback is 80%-85% effective in helping children focus at school and home without the need for medication.
Neurotherapy starts with creating a map of your brain using scalp sensors (on a cap) that measure your brain’s electrical activity. This brain map is incredibly accurate at identifying problematic areas in the brain, and we use this map to create a personal treatment program for you or your child. There is no one-size-fits-all solution for therapy or neurofeedback. Your treatment program should be tailored to your brain.
Neurofeedback also significantly decreases racing thoughts, feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, emotional distress, and cloudy judgement. Many children have success with being more calm and focused after 25-35 sessions of neurofeedback training. Children report that they have fun during the training as well, either watching a movie, playing a game, or learning a new skill to be calm.
Neurofeedback training is:
non-invasive
non-toxic
non-pharmacological
few (if any) side effects
long lasting
Neurofeedback is a biofeedback therapy. Our instruments record information about the electrical activity of the brain. Brain waves cycle up and down constantly; each time brain wave rhythms or patterns improve, trainees receive feedback in the form of tones or graphics.
Patterns of unbalanced brainwaves are found in people who are depressed, anxious, obsessive-compulsive, and who experience memory loss, learning disabilities, and lack of focus/concentration. Amazingly, the brain subconsciously learns to produce more of the improved brainwave pattern. As patterns change for the best, trainees often report improved cognitive or behavioral functioning. After sufficient training, biofeedback learning is maintained without training.
Neurofeedback is commonly used in Europe and Canada; it’s quickly spreading across the United States. The brain is a fascinating organ and we are still discovering more ways that it repairs itself and how it interacts with the body. But we do know that neurofeedback has an 85% success rate for mental health and cognitive disorders, plus it enhances our performance in minor and major motor tasks.
Neurofeedback: Natural Healing Backed by Research
We use neurofeedback ourselves and on our family members because we know it works. We’ve experienced it ourselves and have seen it help many clients. But an important question to ask of any approach to mental health (or physical health) is, “Is there research behind it?”
Yes, there is research supporting neurofeedback. We share the following information here from the International Society for Neurofeedback & Research (isnr.org):
“Neurofeedback (NF), or EEG biofeedback, has been practiced for well over four decades. Hundreds of thousands of individuals and families impacted by various mental health and/or neurological conditions have benefited greatly from this powerful, effective, established, and proven intervention. NF is relatively non-invasive and creates lasting results in stark contrast from the outcomes derived from pharmaceutical treatment for a wide variety of conditions. We estimate over 15,000 clinicians world-wide are using this technology.
“Moreover, as can be found in the ISNR Comprehensive Bibliography (www.isnr.org/resources), ISNR’s official peer-reviewed scientific journal NeuroRegulation (www.neuroregulation.org), and the archives of ISNR’s Journal of Neurotherapy (www.isnr-jnt.org), the research literature is substantial. For example, 1,447 peer reviewed journal articles are cited in the National Library of Medicine when using the search terms: ‘EEG Biofeedback’, and in recent years there has been exponential growth in publications related to neurofeedback.”
For a scientific explanation of neurofeedback, see the article “What Is Neurofeedback: An Update” (Journal of Neurotherapy), written by Dr. Hammond of Salt Lake City, Utah. History of Neurofeedback.
Neurofeedback is FDA approved for Alpha Training/Relaxation.

How to Maximize Therapy with a Brain Map for a More Targeted Mental Health Assessment
Talk therapy and counseling are good. Many, many people have benefited from them. However, therapists and psychologists must make an educated-guess assessment at what are the root causes of an individual’s problems, based on visible or self-reported symptoms. And sometimes, unfortunately, they guess wrong or miss some symptoms.
A Better Mental Health Assessment
Neurotherapy changes things. Big time. Neurofeedback allows us to look at your brain’s activity with a brain map, or brain assessment. It lets us understand what’s going on like never before. It allows for better therapy.
Dermatologists look at the skin before treatment begins; heart surgeons look at the heart before an operation is performed. Without brain scans, mental health clinicians are the only health professionals who do not look at the organ that they treat.
The Best Mental Health Assessment!
Even of therapists offering neurotherapy, however, there are levels of expertise and excellence. And we’re glad you found us because we offer the most effective type of neurotherapy treatment. We provide the best neurotherapy assessment and treatment using a combination of our board-certified expertise and our 19-point quantitative EEG (QEEG) assessment. (See bcia.org to learn about this national certification.)
Some neurotherapists offer 12- or even 4-point scanning. It’s just not as precise. In fact, some neurotherapy providers don’t even do a QEEG assessment! They just make their best guess based on outward symptoms as described in the DSM (diagnostic statistical manual).
Neurotherapy with a 19-point QEEG assessment allows us to pinpoint the areas of your brain that aren’t working as effectively and then create personalized treatment. It’s very effective (in 80-85% percent of people) and it usually works faster than just traditional therapy! We are one of only two providers in Utah that even offer a 19-point QEEG. (And our rates are more affordable!)
We include a QEEG with every counseling client as part of our mental health assessment. Our brain-based treatment approach is what sets us apart from other mental health clinicians. We are pioneering the way and changing the way mental health is treated. (Please note we also offer neurofeedback without mental health counseling. View our rates for this service.)
How a QEEG Works
A QEEG, or initial brain scan, reveals the specific locations and functional areas of the brain that are not performing as they should. With a personalized brain scan, we can provide treatment at the location of the core problem. Looking at the brain before providing treatment is brain-based therapy, or neurotherapy.
Our QEEG assessment records and analyzes 19 points of your brain. As neurons talk to each other, they create electricity, or brain waves. When neurons are not performing optimally, they cause dysfunction, such as ADHD, depression, Zaidi, and learning disorders. We run your brain scan through a national “normative” database that allows us to pinpoint the differences between a client’s brainwaves and the typical brainwaves of other individuals of the same age..
What Is It Like Getting a QEEG?
Getting a QEEG is very easy, comfortable and painless. We place a special cap on your head covered with sensors to record the electrical activity in your brain. You simply lie back in a reclining chair. We record your brainwave activity for 5 minutes with your eyes open and for 5 minutes with your eyes closed. You also complete questionnaires rating the symptoms you experience during the day.
We then determine where to do training in your brain and for how long. Each time you do brain training, we assess how your brain waves are changing. We ensure that brain waves are making significant changes over time and, if they are not, we look at possible reasons why and may modify your brain training.
We also track your progress by having you rate your symptoms periodically and by doing another brain scan after 20 sessions. Clients find it rewarding to compare their initial brain scan to their 20-session brain scan because they can literally see how their brain has changed and improved!
With our tracking, we know exactly when the treatment is working for you. For example, clients typically report sleeping better and having clearer thoughts after 6-8 training sessions. Research has shown it usually takes about 25 sessions to make permanent changes in the brain. The ideal schedule for neurotherapy is 3 sessions a week, and at that rate, clients often feel a lot better in just 2 ½ months.

Effective Anxiety Treatment: Counseling + Neurofeedback
Many adults and children experience anxiety from time to time. Worries about finances, relationships, children, health problems, school or work challenges can all contribute to stress and anxiety. How do you know when your anxiety is beyond what’s “normal?” When anxiety prevents you from participating in typical daily activities, or you just know that you’re not feeling like yourself, it’s a good time to look into anxiety treatment.
Anxiety symptoms may include:
feeling overwhelmed by panic
shakiness
rapid heart beat
feeling nervous or agitated
rapid breathing or shortness of breath
getting stuck thinking about a particular worry
difficulty sleeping
difficulty focusing and concentrating
The good news is, anxiety is very treatable! To help you feel better, we combine counseling with neurofeedback to optimize your brain wave activity. As a result, clients report feeling calmer, better able to focus and in better control of their emotions. Neurofeedback is our “secret weapon” that greatly amplifies the results of anxiety treatment. It works for children and adults.
Is neurofeedback right for you? Give us a call at 801-855-7999 to speak with one of our therapists about your personal situation and we can help you decide.
How does neurofeedback help with anxiety?
Before we begin anxiety treatment, we want a very clear diagnosis so we can provide the best treatment. One-size treatment does not fit all. We perform an in-depth mental health assessment to fully understand your background and symptoms. But we don’t stop there.
One of our board certified neurotherapists will perform a 19-point QEEG brain scan to measure your brain wave activity. It’s a painless, simple procedure for you. You simply relax in a comfortable chair and wear a cap with special sensors that will track the electrical impulses from your brain waves. We’ll measure your brain wave activity for several minutes with your eyes open and again for several minutes with your eyes closed.
That’s it. It’s perfectly safe. Nothing is put into your body (and no, we can’t read your mind!). Your hair will just need a good wash afterwards from the special gel we use on the sensors.
Next, we compare your brain activity to a national database of healthy individuals your age to identify problematic areas. Then we create a customized training protocol for your brain and will share our report with you.
Anxiety usually affects the basal ganglia, which is a structure located deep in the middle of the brain. Beta brain waves are responsible for awareness of our environment, and they create anxiety. When we have too much beta, we get anxious and overwhelmed. We use neurofeedback training to decrease beta in the right hemisphere of the brain, or wherever there is too much beta activity.
Anxiety in Children
Anxiety can be mistaken for ADHD, especially in young kids. Anxiety in children can lead to more emotional problems, temper tantrums, mood swings and irritability–they don’t know how to control their emotions. A QEEG allows us to determine if it’s anxiety or ADHD or even depression, because kids with depression usually have more agitation. We can treat you more effectively if we know exactly what the problem is.
L-Theanine
While we don’t prescribe supplements (or medications), one supplement that is recommended for anxiety is L-theanine. L-theanine is an amino acid supplement and is safe for adults and kids. (We have used it on our children.) You can chew it, like a mint gum. You can buy it at any health food store.
Please check with your doctor before trying any new supplements, especially if you have any health conditions.
If you’d like to discuss treatment for anxiety with a therapist, please contact us at 801-855-7999.

Url: https://ntcutah.com/services/anxiety/Depression
Depression of varying levels is one of the most challenging disorders that clients in our clinic face. We work creatively to find treatments and options that will help you achieve your highest level of health.
Some strategies that we use:
Traditional talk therapy
Lifestyle coaching focused on exercise & nutrition
Mindfulness-based approaches
NeuroLinguistic Programming
Neurofeedback
UV light therapy
We never recommend clients discontinue or decrease medications. We do not give medication advice; however, we work with clients who are frustrated with medication side effects or ineffectiveness at helping depression. We also work closely with your medical professional to help monitor your depression.
Depression is a complicated disorder, and the answer to healing and recovering from depression may take a variety of methods. We believe in using every method available to help clients achieve success.
Traditional Talk Therapy
Talk therapy sessions are conducted by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or other licensed professional. Talk therapy sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly based on the needs of the client. Cognitive-Behavioral approaches are typically used to help clients further understand their depression and how negative thoughts and expectations can be harmful and deepen the client’s depression. Other approaches used include development of self-esteem and boundary setting. Talk therapy methods are individualized based on the client’s needs and strengths. Talk therapy can be combined with other evidence-based interventions, such as lifestyle coaching and stress-reduction neurofeedback.
Lifestyle Coaching
Lifestyle coaching is offered by a paraprofessional with advanced training in psychotherapy. Lifestyle changes, applied when the client is beginning to feel some relief from depression, can make a huge difference in the recovery stage of depression. Lifestyle changes such as exercise and appropriate balance of proteins and carbohydrate in the diet, among other changes, can help to relieve some of the symptoms of depression. Lifestyle changes also play a protective role in helping clients prevent a reoccurrence of their depression episode or depressive moods.
Mindfulness-Based Approaches
Mindfulness-based approaches are offered by a trained professional in either your home or an office setting. Mindfulness has been shown to improve a client’s ability to manage thought processes and moods. Clients who are in the early stages of recovery seem to do the best with mindfulness approaches, while clients who are in the more severe stage of depression can sometimes struggle with mindfulness. Mindfulness, like lifestyle changes, can help to protect against depression reoccurring.
NeuroLinguistic Programming
NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) is a specialty therapy service that we offer clients who are looking for ways to improve their cognitive abilities and re-examine previous life experiences. NLP has been shown to help clients achieve a clearer mind, increased motivation, and pain reduction. NLP can be helpful in many stages of depression, and even severe depression seems to be impacted positively by NLP. Clients are finding that combining NLP with other approaches like lifestyle changes or neurofeedback can be the most beneficial.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a less invasive method of directly improving brain functions that are critical to the cause of depression. A recent article in the Journal of Neurotherapy found that 84% of clients in a study on treatment-resistant depression received full remission after neurofeedback treatment. Neurofeedback, combined with other lifestyle changes and talk therapy when appropriate, can relieve depression symptoms.
UV Light Therapy
Some clients are finding relief of depression symptoms through the use of UV light therapy. UV lights can be bought many places, but it can be difficult to determine the appropriate use of light therapy on your own. Too much light therapy at the wrong time of day can lead to insomnia or sleeping difficulties. Our clinicians are prepared to help guide you through correct use of UV light.
Other Ways to Reduce Depression:
There are more ways to reduce depression than those discussed here. We do not have the training or personal experience to recommend all of them, such as specific medications, transcranial magnetic stimulation, or electric shock therapy. There are times that these methods are used and there is research to validate them. We can refer you to clinicians or clinics that offer these methods if your depression is not responding to the other options we offer. Most of our clients see remission of their depression through the use of therapy, lifestyle changes, neurofeedback, or light therapy.

You can select to receive 1 or 2 emails from your therapist during the week. Your therapist will suggest a weekly task to work on and check-in with you to see how you have progressed with meeting your therapy goals.
Recorded Video – Need more personal contact with your therapist? Send unlimited messages and/or emails to your therapist throughout the week, and in return your therapist will record an individual 10 minute video sent securely to you. The therapist video will respond to the information you share in your messages and emails. Receive individual support, encouragement, and learn new skills through a more personal approach. Watch your video at a time that is convenient for you. Need more reassurance when times get tough? Save the video(s) created just for you and watch them as many times as you need…today, tomorrow, in a month, or a year from now.
